As much as I enjoy riding, I just can't justify spending $5000 plus on a bike. Not wanting to spend more for my bike than I did my car, I did a lot of shopping. Some people just don't appreciate the classics.

Talked my couch potato husband into getting a bike too. I hate running and needed to do something to lose that baby weight. You're not charging enough, my local bike shop wanted more than double for an almost identical bike. Just rode on the beach, can't wait until winter to try in the snow. Holy cow Batman, why didn't they have bikes like this when I was a kid. 7 gears, upright ride, and doesn't look like an old man's bike. I wanted a bike with a few gears (not 20 something - who needs all those), that I wouldn't be hunched over when riding. Thank you for having so many to choose from. I was beginning to believe that all women bought really expensive bikes. I have had a difficult time finding a bike for a woman who is vertically challenged (right at 5ft) that is not really expensive. Assembled my new bike, aired up the tires, and I was out riding. Ordered my bike on Sunday night and UPS delivered on Tuesday. A 29er with hydraulic brakes for $400 - crazy good price.
